About Me

Hello! I’m Elvs, A bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate. I worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry for 8 years as a Customer Service Representative in email, chat, and voice support roles. This experience helps improve handling customer interactions, solving problems, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and going to the beach, which helps me stay creative and balanced. I always want to connect with like-minded professionals and explore new opportunities as a virtual assistant.
